Is ICT integration about technology or is it about how we teach?" or "How could we provide a better education with limited resources than a teacher in a classroom brimming with technology?"

I believe it about how we as teachers impart knowledge to our students using the limited resource efficiently and effectively.

A class brimming with technology is good on one hand but is the teacher in such a class the sole user of the technology and how well is he/she allowing students to be the centre of this daily activity. The teacher must always be searching for new and innovative ways of getting his/her students involved and engaged in the teaching and learning process. Students must be actively engaged in group project and group assignments. There must be collaborative problem solving.
Different resources must be use to create instructional environments in which the students can take more responsibilities for the own learning.
